We're looking for a CG Generalist to join our Bangkok studio.

THE ROLE

You'll join our CG team as an Intermediate CG Generalist, moving across modeling, texturing, lighting and lookdev as each shot needs it. You work with moderate direction from your Leads and Supervisors, bridging creative judgment with technical execution to get a shot production-ready.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver high-quality work across disciplines with moderate direction, adapting to each project's style and requirements
• Own QC on your own tasks — pipeline adherence, naming conventions, studio workflow, no exceptions
• Manage your own deadlines and quotas, prepping and submitting work ahead of scheduled Supervisor reviews
• Work closely with teammates and your reporting manager, understanding how your tasks ripple through the wider pipeline
• Flag bottlenecks early with a solution attached, and apply feedback so the same note doesn't come back twice

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–5 years professional experience on advertising, episodic or cinematic work, hitting tight deadlines at a high bar
• Broad CG pipeline knowledge — comfortable moving between modeling, texturing, lighting or lookdev as the shot demands, not locked into one lane
• Strong in Maya, Unreal Engine and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects)
• Independent enough to source your own references and apply feedback with minimal supervision
• Based on-site in Bangkok, working closely with a tight-knit team
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written

NICE TO HAVE

• Depth in one or more specific disciplines (modeling, texturing, lighting or lookdev) on top of the generalist base
• Interest in mentoring junior artists
• Current residency in Thailand
