We're looking for a Production Coordinator for our studio in Bangkok.

THE ROLE

You'll join our production team as a Production Coordinator, working closely with department supervisors, artists and producers to keep an animated series moving. You're the person who knows where every shot and every deadline actually stands — and makes sure everyone else does too.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Keep supervisors, artists and production managers aligned on status, priorities and schedules
• Build and adjust schedules across your teams, balancing supervisor needs against production deadlines
• Run daily and weekly production and animation sessions, take notes and get them to the right people
• Keep task assignments and statuses accurate, so they reflect where things stand
• Catch problems early and work out fixes with the people who own them

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience coordinating on an animation production. You understand how work actually moves through a pipeline, not just in theory
• Comfortable building and adjusting a schedule in close collaboration with supervisors
• Used to working directly with producers, directors and fellow coordinators to log and prioritize incoming requests
• Hands-on with ShotGrid (or equivalent). Status and task tracking you keep current
• A collaborative attitude — coordination only works if people want to tell you things
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written

NICE TO HAVE

• Coordination experience on series-format work (tween, 2D, preschool, or similar)
• Documentation habits and attention to detail in note-taking and follow-up
• Current residency in Thailand
