We're looking for a colleague who is passionate about storytelling.

As we expand our teams in Bangkok, we are currently looking for an Editor to work on a series of upcoming episodic and cinematic projects. You will play a vital role in shaping our stories, working closely with Directors and production teams to ensure that narrative flow, pacing, and visual continuity are flawlessly executed from animatic to final delivery.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creative Collaboration: Follow story and edit direction from Directors, while confidently aligning with their vision and injecting your own unique editorial ideas into the films.
• Workflow Independence: Work independently alongside a Producer or Manager on smaller projects, managing your own time effectively to meet strict production deadlines.
• Downstream Awareness: Maintain a strong technical understanding of how your editorial work directly impacts and flows into other downstream production departments.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior artists within the department to help improve both the quality and quantity of their output.
• Team Atmosphere: Help foster an atmosphere of collaboration, open communication, and teamwork among artists and producers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven professional experience editing CG Animation Series, Short Films, and TVC productions.
• High proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to proactively flag to Supervisors when tasks are unclear or unachievable.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• An open and growth-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn new techniques, take direction, and handle constructive criticism in a professional manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to work seamlessly within a diverse team and take direction when required.
• Experience in leadership or mentorship, with a focus on collective results.
• Current residency in Thailand is highly preferred.
